For Pipe Schedule Systems/Number of Sprinklers

For Hydraulic Systems

Plus, for each sprinkler over $500: $0.40 ea.

Building Construction:

For first review: 75% of the plan review fee as charged by the jurisdiction*
*We reserve the right to review and reject amended fee schedules or outdated code fee assessments or valuations.

Second review no charge.

Additional reviews and Code Interpretation Requests: $85.00 per hour

$170.00 per 10,000 square feet of floor	Standpipes $175 per Standpipe Riser (No charge with Sprinkler Review)
Specialized Agent: Note: Current manufacturer’s manuals must be provided for review	(Dry Chemical, Co2, Halon replace, FM200)
	$ 200 per 50 pounds agent
	Hood & Duct Cooking Extinguishing $175.00

Multiply fees by 3 for Express Service. Plans reviewed and report issued within three working days. (Subject to availability)

All reviews performed within fifteen working days (two week schedule available on request). Second review, no additional charge.

Third and subsequent reviews and Code Interpretation requests are $85.00 per hour.

Multiply fees by l.5 for phased or fast track construction.
